Azuluna Premium Eggs

Azuluna Premium Eggs have a distinctive blue-green shell, but the difference doesn’t stop there. Azuluna Eggs have a richer flavor and a creamier texture. They cost more than regular eggs, but you can really taste the difference.

azuluna henAzuluna hens are descended from the Araucana chicken which originated in the mountainous regions of Chile in South America. These hens have been imported and raised in the US since the 1930’s.

Araucanas are unique in appearance, and they lay a very special egg—richer in flavor and creamier in texture than ordinary chicken eggs are. Azuluna hens are crossbreeds called Ameraucana, but they lay beautiful, delicious blue-green eggs, just as their purebred cousins do.

Azuluna hens are raised “free range”. They’re housed in a safe roost and are free to roam, scratch and feed during the day. They are all natural – their feed contains no antibiotics or hormones used to stimulate growth or egg production. azuluna eggs in bowlAnd their eggs taste great.

Whether you’re making breakfast or a special soufflé for company, Azuluna Premium Eggs bring exceptional flavor and texture to your recipe.
