Azuluna Lamb is now being developed on our test farm and
in cooperation with a limited number of producers. 

We are working to produce a rich, full-flavored lamb to meet the growing demand for locally sourced, naturally raised meats.

New England, with its hilly terrain is
ideally suited for sheep. But over the
past 50 years, New England lamb
production has fallen offconsiderably.

We believe the market for premium quality New England lamb is a significant business opportunity for family farmers.  Like our other products, Azuluna lamb will be distinguished by its superior flavor
and by the way that it is raised. 

Azuluna lamb is raised on rolling New England pastures, producing a naturally rich and distinctive flavor.
