We are working to produce a rich, full-flavored lamb to meet the growing demand for locally sourced, naturally raised meats. New England, with its hilly terrain is ideally suited for sheep. But over the past 50 years, New England lamb production has fallen off considerably. We believe the market for premium quality New England lamb is a significant business opportunity for family farmers. Like our other products, Azuluna lamb will be distinguished by its superior flavor and by the way that it is raised. Azuluna Lamb is now available on a limited basis to fine restaurants throughout New England through our distributor Dole and Bailey.
